Family Fun Day - Lusaka

We hope this blog finds you all well and happy. We had had another busy month. I'm sure when you look at these pictures and you might think that all we do is go on safari to the bush. I guess it is true. This place is about a 15 minute drive from the house. 

Family Fun Day in Lusaka is like having your Stake come and celebrate the 24th of July in Utah. It was really fun. The Mission helped with the food this year. We held basketball and soccer tournments. The kids danced and played games. We ran out of food. We fed over 600. Everyone was fed except the missionaries. It was a great reason for all of us to go out for pizza. We are well and having a wonderful time. Thanks for your love and support. We are looking forward to Zone Conferences. Elder & Sister Soares of the Seventy will be here with us in August. We are also working on our national measels campaign for next month. We hope you enjoy the pictures.

We had a visitor last week. Jessica came to work with Mothers Without Borders.

We went out to the game park. She took some great shots.

This is a baby Giraffe... still about 10 feet!

This is the first Python we have seen. I spotted him and jumped out to get this picture....

He was really big.....

The hole he was going into was about 4 feet deep. If you can piece these pictures together he was about 10-12 feet long .......
